Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to leadership and team members
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
  • Assist with data entry, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor communications
  • Support special projects and ad hoc administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience supporting executives or leadership teams
  • Familiarity with CRM, scheduling, or accounting software
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
